On December 8, 2009, NWGC celebrated 10 years of strengthening the girl-serving community by fostering education and collaboration. Students from Lake Washington Girls Middle School recited poems, the founding mothers reflected on the history of NWGC, and keynote Genessa Krasnow spoke on the importance of the heart. Almost 100 members and supporters met, mingled and dined, bonded in their passion and efforts to better support the girls in our community.

The NWGC serves girls by supporting its members: the organizations and individuals who provide direct support to girls. The Coalition offers professional development programs, networking opportunities, and online resources.
